And so it goes. My weblog suddenly went blank for a few days last week. And I mean “Blank”. No errors, no messages indicating a problem, just a plain white page was all any visitors would see when trying to access my weblog. Of course I immediately sent in a tech support ticket to my web host. After a two days, several phone calls, and hours of investigating solutions, they found the problem. And just to salt my wound over the two lost days, the actual solution took all of about one second to put into effect, and solve the problem. I thought it had been a corrupt php file, but the fix was simply a control panel toggle between two php versions via a drop down menu.
I was wondering what was going on??
As was I, I didn’t get my Gary Crabbe fix the other day! Was it something you inadvertantly changed, or did it get changed behind the scenes on you?
