You can also Subscribe to our Weblog (below) if you’d like to receive an email update whenever a new post is added to our blog.  New blog posts are added on a fairly regular basis that averages about once every two weeks. The schedule can vary based on my travels; Sometimes you may see just one post in a month, while sometimes you may occasionally see two posts added in the same week.

Please note: We NEVER rent, sell, or give away your email address to anyone, for any reason whatsoever. Providing us with your email is considered an act of trust, and one that we absolutely honor. I value and respect your privacy as I would my very own. As a subscriber, the only contact you should expect to receive from this site is occasional email newsletters or updates when new material is posted to our blog.

As mentioned above Newsletters tend to go out only a few times a year, and blog updates vary in frequency when we have something to post, but tend to average once every two weeks.
