As of this morning, all of the Links into our VIEWS weblog are now live and active on the main site. It took a bit of work to fully update the 1883 internal pages, but it was fun, and of course, needed. Now at the top of every page on the site, in the grey bar just below the picture filmstrip, there is a new button link into the VIEWS weblog. Also, I’ve updated the newsletter page, and the bottom Navigation text links to reflect the addition of our new sister site. Finally, I’ve updated the home page with a new Photo of the Month (see previous post), and a “coming soon” announcement of the Wine Country book, and have included new links and a small screen capture of the weblog.

I always enjoy looking at your website Gary, even moreso now with the blog. I agree about the Time Magazine entry. Too much of that Time stuff is too sensationalist for my tastes. They’d lead you to believe the whole world is going to hell, which it probably is but I’d like to believe otherwise. Most of us can’t relate to those types of things because I know my life isn’t really that chaotic nor do I see much chaos on a daily basis. Granted I live in a nice town but I think you know what I mean.
Richard:
Thanks for the comment; I actually started a Pictures of the Year section on the PHOTOGRAPHY page. I like the Reuters showcase. Stll, some graphic stuff to be had in there as well.
