Bobcat in Forest, Yosemite Valley

Seeing this bobcat in Yosemite National Park was a real thrill. It remains the only time I've seen one in Yosemite Valley. California has a great abundance of wildlife and animals in the Sierra Nevada, and the bobcat is among the two elusive wild cats species in the state, the other being the mountain lion - which is also known as a cougar. Personally, I'd much rather see a bobcat in the wild, like this one that I photographed wandering through the forest and trees of Yosemite Valley.
