Photos Hiding on the Hard Drive
I’m probably the only photographer with thousands of images sitting on their hard drives gathering virtual dust because they never got processed or shared. (*This is me ducking the bombardment of thrown tomatoes*)
Attempting to solve this dilemma for the 237th time, I spent part of last summer going through a lot of my files looking for images that deserved a renewed chance to escape the virtual closet of my hard drives. These images are from parts of northern and central California. I hope you enjoy looking at them. Please feel free to leave a comment letting me know if any of them caught your eye.
Cheers,
~ Gary.

PS: And speaking of eye-catching, I don’t think you’ll be able to see them in the low resolution, but on the RAW file of the last image, it’s easy to make out the lines on the planet as well as several of Jupiter’s moons. It’s very cool. I hadn’t even remembered taking that shot. 🙂

There’s a typo in your first sentence, Gary. I think it should read “I’m probably NOT the only photographer with thousands of images sitting on their hard drives…” 😉 because I surely feel like I’m years behind with my evaluating and processing too! In your case, it was definitely worth it – beautiful work! And thanks for the chuckle that came with the title of your article. 🙂
All worth recovering! My favorites at #3, #6, and #8. In #3 I can almost feel like I m right there.
