Starbucks trademark in China

Even in China, the long arm of Starbucks Trademark Enforcement commands respect. Seems another start-up coffee chain in China was using a similar logo, and the Chinese courts found in favor of Starbucks, and demanded the smaller company cease, desist, and pay a fine. Amazing considering all the rampant examples of blatent copyright infringement that occurs throughout parts of Asia.
