Here’s a collection of some of my top photos shot in 2011. (I’ve posted thirteen, because in our house, it’s a lucky number; both our kids were born on a 13th.)

Beautiful work Gary. Quite a nice variety also. Hope you have just as much success in 2012!
Stunning photos Gary. You are a real inspiration in the world of photography. Live long and prosper.
I’m glad you specified “some” of your top photos, because this is certainly not ALL of your best!!! There are several shots I absolutely love that aren’t here. Your work is brilliant!
Wonderful representation from the year…brought back memories of reading your original blog posts for many of these. The Cinder Cone Pano is stunning with the complex light and lines…feast for the eyes!
Wow Gary such amazing work! Awesome images each and everyone of them! Thanks for sharing them! 🙂
Great shots Gary, I especially love the one from Cloud’s Rest and your first image.
Your photos are so atmospheric and give us all in the UK so much pleasure all year. Thank you. All blessings for the New Year.
Stunning collection, again!
Excellent collection of images Gary! Beautiful work. Looking forward to seeing you 2012 images! Happy New Year to you!
Gary, these are all absolutely stunning! Your work continues to inspire me and touch my soul. Have a joyful, prosperous and safe New Year!!
Beautiful images, Gary–what a year! I don’t necessarily have a favorite, but I’d have to say the cinder cone in Lassen is right up there, as is the Cloud’s Rest sunset…I love that view of the Cathedral Range…
Happy New Year, and best wishes for a prosperous 2012…
Wow, what an excellent collection of images. I’d would be happy with just one from 2011. Happy new year and I’m looking forward to your 2012’s images.

What a very powerful and inspiring series of images Gary. I’m sure you will do all over again in 2012! Wish you the best in the new year!
An admirable group of photographs, Gary. I like the Cathedral Range from Cloud’s Rest best followed by Battery Point Lighthouse, Tahoe Keys and Berry Creek Falls. You’re pictures make it seem that you find nature at its best everywhere you go, but I know that isn’t always the case from reading your well-written adventures on your blog. I’ve enjoyed both this year. Thank you.
Gary, beautiful photographs – all wonderful, but several really strike me as exceptional. Love the redwoods image and the light in the scene from Clouds Rest is really wonderful.
Dan
Gary,
A great set of photos. My two favorites are the Redwoods and Alpine Glow from Clouds Rest.
