Picture: Female Japanese tourists looks out over the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River toward Lower Upper Yellowstone Fall, Yeloowestone National Park, Wyoming
In my last post I mentioned that I’d been deeply engrossed in working my way through a number of projects this Winter & Spring. One of those was processing all of the RAW image files I shot while on an 8-day trip through Wyoming last fall. It took weeks to cut through the 468 images that made it through the editing phase, out of some 2500 original frames. But, was that enough? Of course not! Since it had been 10 years since my last visit to Wyoming, I decided that I’d not only work on my new images, but I’d re-edit, scan, clean, and keyword my old 35mm film images from Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Parks. These made up two of the very first photo galleries on my site, and looking back, the old scans are just horrible. I hope within the next month or so, this project will be fully completed with a new online photo gallery to showcase both the new images, and the new scans.
Great shot Gary. I need to get out more. It’s been 6.5 years since my one and only visit. 🙁
