Imagine sitting by yourself, or hanging out with a couple friends at such a peaceful and special little location. Then imagine a class of 30 high school students show up while on a class field trip. No imagination needed here, and the class that showed up was there, not to study, but just to play and enjoy. It was kind of enjoyable to see them all frolic while on an off-day adventure, but it wasn’t long before I missed the quiet solitude that existed a few moments earlier. I was happy to isolate just a couple of the kids away from the crowd, so that this shot seems to be of a quiet place than it was at that moment.

Nice framing going on here. I’m dying to get back up to Mount Shasta and hopefully check out Mossbrae and Burney Falls. It’s so far from here though!
