Picture: Detail view of Gibbons Falls, along the Gibbons River, near Madison Junction, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.
It’s wet and raining outside today. This just felt like the appropriate image to post. Like several other Yellowstone waterfalls, Gibbons Falls is tucked into a small, dark canyon. On the day I was there, rain made it tough to get a good landscape shot showing the entire falls, so I decided to focus on just a smaller section.
Love the nice clean look to the water. Fall season is the one time in the year I don’t look forward to rain.
